*All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Indicated arrests are for felony offenses only, misdemeanors are excluded. Crime Blotter does not include traffic offenses, domestic violence arrests, paramedic assists or minor service calls. Not every call for service may be represented. The blotter is an overview of major activity within the city limits of Lockport. If a subdivision is not listed, then no offenses occurred for that period. The blotter is updated daily and then e-mailed to subscribers every 2 weeks.

813 Lisdowney Dr, mischievous conduct. 3 juveniles were apprehended by police for egging more than one residence in the Abbey Glen and Whispering Pine subdivisions. Juveniles were returned home to parents.

Broken Arrow and Farrell Rd, informed the police department cement golf ball is no longer on the subdivision sign but in the callers front yard. Unknown if any damage occured.

16941 S. Ottawa Dr, mischievous conduct. Police were contacted and made aware of eggs which had been thrown at the back of stated residence, no damage occured.

15024 Albright Dr, burglary to motor vehicle. It was reported to police that no items were taken from with in, but has signs of unknown person(s) had gone through. Police handled incident on scene.

16310 Cayuse Ct, solicitor complaint. Report of a male black subject looking into residents windows. Subject was stopped by police and also spoke with the subjects leader and informed on how to obtain a city permit and escorted from the area.

808 Adams, criminal damage to property. It was discovered at Kelvin Grove school shed was knocked down and found spray painted on the building. Police report filed, incident under investigation.

159th and I355, suspicious persons. Police confronted two juveniles who were hanging around the construction trailer. Police informed juveniles that they not allowed on property.

803 11th, mischievous conduct, 4 juveniles were observed flipping over bleachers near the baseball fields. Upon police arrival, handled on scene and will notify the high school.

12th and Madison, a disturbance occuring in the middle of street. Upon police arrival known subject dispursed and left the scene, peace restored.

S. State St and Woods Dr, reported to police regarding a suspicious person, approx. 36 yrs, male, black, riding a bicycle, wearing blue T-shirt and blue jeans, was following two females around the park path asking them how old they are. Upon police arrival subject was not in the area.

1801 S. State St, disturbance a Tessone Motors between known persons stemming from a road rage incident. Upon police arrival incident handled and peace restored.

17701 Nueberry Ridge Dr, criminal damage to property. Report of a vehicles tires being slashed and other vehicles having bricks thrown through vehicle windows. Police report has been filed, incident is under investigation.

16420 W. Primrose Ln, mischievous conduct. Police were called to residence regarding juveniles who had egged a vehicle. A police report was filed and the juveniles were later apprehended and custody returned back to parents.

Alta Ct and Cagwin Dr, suspicious person. It was reported to police that an unknown male, white subject, having dark hair and riding a bicycle had been asking children if they have seen his dog. Police unable to located subject as he was gone from the area upon arrival, unknown what buisness the subject had at the park.

16555 S. Eastlake Pkwy, disturbance with same individuals occured again. Police arrived and able to identify all persons involved and conducts arrests for battery.

14440 melbourne Pl, solicitor complaints. Subject was stopped in the area regarding a solicitor complaint and police discovered subject did not have a permit from the city. Subject was advised on how to obtain a valid permit and not to return to Lockport until permit has been purchased.
